There a some who would select Teaching as their career and since they are from Bhil background, no matter where they get their teacher's training, many will come back to teach at school in their own community. Hence the schools will have better teachers who will always set an example to their students to never dropout from School or College.
As a result of proper education, the unemployment status will come down. If their talents, skills and interests are invested in education rather than in child labour, they could get at least a decent job or become a professional. With these transformations the poverty will come to an end.
With medical camps and Health awareness & training programs every year, changes could be seen in their personal hygiene and they are also cautious as per their knowledge. There are some ambitious children who would like to become Doctors and Nurses, out of which almost everyone will serve their own tribal community either by serving them for full time or by supporting them.
